While my family was here, we spent a day at the Santa Ana Zoo. The kids had a lot of fun, and I think the adults did, too. My little neice Cadence seemed to love all the animals. Erik liked the monkeys a lot.

- I grew up in Brevard, NC and really enjoyed the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains. I attended Brigham Young University, initially majoring in Dance and later switching to Early Childhood Education, in which I graduated with a teaching license in 2002. While attending BYU, I met my husband Brad in the BYU Marching Band. We married in December 1997. We have two beautiful girls and a handsome little boy. Caroline is 7, Julia is 5 and Erik is 2. I am a Preschool teacher at Clever Endeavors.
